"My background shaped the way CTS was built. I’m a Morehouse College and University of Michigan alum, and I’ve also spent years in competitive boxing—three worlds that teach the same lesson:
Discipline, preparation, and execution win.
In business, that translates to structure, consistency, and measurable improvement. So I began helping large and small federal contractor organizations move from “we’re doing our best” to “we have a system that works.”
What motivates me most is watching people and organizations step into their next level—when a brand finally looks credible online, when a team turns viral attention into sponsorships and donations, when an owner stops feeling overwhelmed because their process is finally organized.
